How to order
Buying from our webshop is quick and easy.
Products can be ordered via the online web pages by adding them to the shopping cart and selecting the payment
method at the internet cash register.
All customer information is treated as confidential. The contact information sought while the order is being placed is utilized for processing the order and will not be used for any purpose other than the delivery or for clarification in case of any apparent ambiguity.
While placing an order on an online store, you are required to know and be bound by the prevailing terms of delivery. Unopened and sale of serviceable products have a 14 day return policy. Any returns must be agreed with the seller in advance. Defective products will only be replaced by a similar product.
Payment for products ordered from countries outside Finland can be made safely and easily via Paytrail.
You will see Paytrail as your invoicer in your account.

Order and payment confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon successful completion of an order. Email address is required when ordering in order to receive confirmation.
Delivery methods and costs
Orders will be mailed to the recipient. Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout screen while shopping. Custom Marine Leather will not be responsible for refunds of the shipping costs incurred.
Prices in webshop include tax and custom duties in EU countries.
We ship the products quickly and the delivery takes approximately 7-10 days. Please note that shipments cannot be delivered to post box addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure conditions or indirect damages caused due to delays.
We deliver to all around the word. The delivery cost other countries than Finland is 20,50€.
